Some Helpful Information

  1. Doctor Visits: Available on Tuesdays and Fridays, with consultations in the consult room at the club house. To book an appointment, call 85790976.
  2. Clubroom for Private Functions: You can book the clubroom for private functions by contacting reception.
  3. Spa and Sauna Usage: Please book with Reception minimum 24hrs before if you plan to use the spa or sauna, to avoid double booking and privacy. The spa and sauna is open daily from 9am to 7pm. (With a booking)
  4. Mail: A mail sign on the notice board indicates when mail is delivered. If the sign is not up, no mail has arrived that day. – To send mail just drop it off to reception or leave it in the mail- box in the mail room.
  5. Speed Limit: The speed limit within the premises is 5 km/h, and this should be communicated to visitors and guests.
  6. Social Calendar and Newsletter: Issued at the beginning of each month, outlining activities and updates.
  7. Maintenance Services: When hiring maintenance workers for repairs, ensure that they have insurance.
  8. Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. For assistance outside these hours, call 0432801302.
  9. Hairdresser Service: Available every fortnight, with bookings made through reception.
  10. Bin Collection: Bins are picked up on Thursdays. Ensure bins are placed outside by 9 AM on Thursday.
  11. Social Club Membership: Costs $52 annually and includes access to functions. For membership queries, contact Nicole Foster.
  12. Communal Area Cleaning: Communal areas to be cleaned after personal use.
  13. Library: The library operates on an honesty system. Borrowers should return books once finished.
  14. Pharmacy: Prescriptions get picked up from local pharmacy on Mondays and Thursday for next day delivery. To set up an account ph 97412864.
  15. Club House: It is your responsibility to turn off all lights/heating/ cooling when using after hours and weekends. Please ensure door is locked when you leave.
